I tried to check out, but the payment failed twice. After the second time, I figured maybe it just wasn’t meant to be and gave up. It was frustrating because everything else seemed fine up until that point.

it’s been annoying using this site. The videos keep freezing and sometimes it just logs me out for no reason at all. I tried it on my phone and my laptop, but same problem both times. Support took a while to get back to me too. I just wanted to study, not sit there refreshing the page over and over.
